    8 miles today! (on the ARC), but my heel is getting better so I will be back on the road soon. I didn't think I would make it!!! :bigsmile: will work toward getting back my road mileage soon.

    Total for July so far - 100.5

    Will try for another 6 or 8 tomorrow (I may do it in two batches).
    Great job. I didn't think I'd make it either. What's ARC?
    I will have to reach my goal in two batches as well. I need to another 2 miles tonight to make it to 100 miles.

    Excellent - 2 miles - you can do it!

    An ARC (Cybex) is similar to an elliptical that is low-impact, but to me the movements are closer to running than an elliptical. I love it as far as having home equipment - but it is not as fun as running.

    Wow so many people have their goal this month, CONGRATS - despite the heat and heat wave!! GL to the folks who are still going for a run today!!!
