    I haven't eaten at a fast food restaurant in years. The mere thought of consuming all that fat disgusts me.

    I have the same problem now. BUT...I think it's a good thing, because it means my body is healthier and wants to stay that way! It isn't as hard to reject fast food anymore. :)

    Been eating well since September, two junk food incidents have resulted in an upset stomach and throwing up. Feels good and bad at the same time but I know its great news down the stretch.

    I now eat a whole foods, plant based diet, and I rarely eat bad stuff anymore. But when we go out to eat and I eat something fried, or cheesy that I am not used to, I feel HORRIBLE afterwards!
