    Do you think you will have to have surgery to remove excess skin?

    never considered it at all, its actually tightning up pretty good on its own.

    watch what you eat, learn how the body works, know what foods your eating and what they can do for your body, stay away from Salts and exessive sugars, drink lots of water, try to eat 3 meals a day, approx the sametime each day, get active, move your body for at least 60 mins, 5-6 days a week, 7 days a week if you can handle it.

    Pretty intense, I try to burn at least 1000 calories per workout
