    Thats great that you lost so much weight and I am sure you are enjoying it. I do not know the background or anything, and I am probably just being a concerned person, but 5 months for 100+ pounds is 5-7 pounds a week. That sounds like it could have a negative affect. Either way, I am glad for you.

    I've lost 116.4 lbs so far, I started a little over 5 months ago, I weighed 332.8 lbs, I'm now down to 216.4 lbs, Only 16.4 lbs to go
