Week 2 July 29 – 300.4 No loss but after camping last weekend I’m surprised I didn’t gain. Hopefully next week will show a loss.
Week 3 August 5 - 299.6 -.8 lost really been struggling. Still trying though.
Week 4 August 12 – 296 -3.6 woohoo!!!!!
Week 5 August 19 – 293.8 -2.2 Yeah! I didn’t blow it on my camping trip last weekend.
Week 6 August 26 – 292.3 -1.5 Woo hoo! Might make it to my goal next week! I sure hope so! Total of 10.7 lost since we started.

I am starting to see a trend-- maybe all the junk needs to get booted out of the house!! I went through a time where I was constantly hungry and then realized that upping my fiber intake has made a huge difference. I am watching that and my protein intake. Now to just stay on task.0 -

I started the C25K running program this week and so far have done Week 1, Day 1 & 2. I even have my daughter running with me which is a great way to spend time together. I also rejoined the gym and hope to go tonight for some strength training. I don't even care that I might look like a stuffed sausage in my running outfit...lol... because I am going to look awesome in the end from all the work.
Been doing good with Clean Eating other than the occasional white flour tortilla if I am in a hurry and have to get McDonald's Chicken Fajitas to go. It's been 2.5 months with no pop, tea, coffee, any junk food whatsoever (yep, even chocolate), pizza, chinese food, etc, etc, etc and I feel great!
Keep faith in yourself and be honest with yourself and you can do it!!!

4 pounds is better than none at all. Sometimes it takes longer for others to lose. You might switch up your exercise and confuse your body. That will help burn more calories. Keep up the great work. :bigsmile:0 -
