I like a salad with chicken, black beans, bacon bits, avacado and a bit of blue cheese dressing. Sooo satisfying. I also love spinach with slivered almonds, dried cherries and raspberry vinaigrette.0

Grilled chicken, steak or ground beef, avocados or guacamole, black beans, green onions, grape tomatoes, cheese...this is the only way I eat salads. Lemon juice or a chipotle sauce for dressing. Recipe for chipotle sauce because it's truly amazing: couple chipotle peppers in adobo (from small can) minced, low sodium beef broth 1/2 cup if I remember right, couple cloves of garlic minced, juice of 1/2 lemon- add all to small sauce pan and let it reduce to about half. Makes about 6 servings or so.0

I mix mine up a lot but a regular one I make is:

Tomatoes
Cucumber

craisins
low fat feta
apple or peach

My fav is
Romaine
Black Beans seasoned with taco seasoning
Corn,
Avacado
2-3 crushes tortilla strips
Lime
Fresh Salsa the Stop and Shop brand which is more like Pico de Gallo
Sometimes I put hot sauce on it, sounds weird but it's really good!
I don't like cheese but mexican blend would be perfect with it...
For dressing if I can get it I use Newmen's Own Southwest Dressing, you can only get it at Mcdonald's (Only 100 Calories) They don't sell it it in stores =( but I had tried Newmens Own Lime Vinaigrette and thats pretty good also the recipe the other girl put would be perfect on this!
I also like
Romaine
Diced Avacado
Diced Hard Boiled Eggs (I only use the egg whites bc I don't like yolk)
Diced Chicken (Grilled or Sauteed Perdue Perfect Italian Seasoned)
Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella (Just a little)
Fat Free Garlic Croutons
Diced Tomatos
Light or Fat Free Balsamic or Zinfandel0
