6 week 30 day shred challenge! Interested?

So, I am starting the 30 day shred today and I plan on doing it for 6 weeks! Anyone interested?? Lets challenge our selves and see if we can do it and get shredded!!!

I am on week 3, I am also doing it in weeks, as I take weekends off. I am at level two and it is tough, but but so were the 1st few days of level 1. I like it because it is quick and I sweat like crazy, don't feel completely finished. I lost 5 inches in first 2 weeks, although no weigh. I feel more tone and much better about image, so do it!0

I started 3 days ago, but would love to join for the motivation. To make it 6 weeks instead of 30 days how do you schedule your workouts? Right now I am doing mine on youtube while I wait for my video to arrive from Amazon.0

I am starting today. As the end of the work day approaches I am filling up with nervous energy! I'm excited to get started but I know I'll be sore tomorrow! How are you guys planning to chart it on your exercise tracker?0

I bought the video a couple days ago, and I started it yesterday. I plan on doing just the 30 day shred for 30 days +1 day a week off (fridays probably). And then I'll start jillian michaels 6 pac abs after for a couple weeks (then im on vacation for a while)..0

I have been tracking it under circuit training...but I am not sure that is the best one or not.0 -
I started it Friday, then I did it Monday, Tuesday, and today. I am having a hard time at the end of level 1 with the side lunges where you lift your weights up (I am doing 3lbs). It's like my arms turn into jelly and I am DYING for her to say last one! lol Also.. I can't do a jumping jack for the life of me. I can complete pretty much all of em, but i am pretty much jogging in place at the end of them. Hoping to see some changes... I am really a numbers girl, but guess I really want my clothes to get loose! Really need the motivation!0

Hi all! I started 30DS on Tuesday (completed Day 3 today). I'm going to try and do it in 30 days, but with lots of flexibility if I feel I'm pushing myself too far or need a rest day -- or if something comes up and I just can't find 20 free minutes, HA!

Im on Day 4 of Level 2
Can I suggest something ladies? If you have enough to lose then do Level 1 TWICE!
I did it twice before moving on (with a few days in between) and I lost 17lbs from just level 1 the 2 times. BTW Im 5foot4 and started at 162 Lbs.0 -
I'm in! I started on Monday, and I'm doing Jillian's recommended method of 2 days shred, 1 day cardio, 2 days shred, 1 day cardio, 1 day rest. Repeat. I'm on my 4th day, so I just completed my 3rd shred. It was a little easier, but I'm working on perfect technique on the moves, and I definitely felt the good burn more. I'm also adding a little extra cardio on shred days to hopefully aid in weightloss. I'm going to a wedding at the end of the month, so I have a lot of motivation!0

I just snuck in 2 miles of Leslie Santone because I felt guilty that I skipped the shred yesterday.... gonna be hurtin tomorrow!0

What are you guys eating when doing this workout? Are you also being really strict with your calorie intake or just eating 'healthy'!

My diary is open...but I am trying to keep my calories in check and eat clean. Messed up a little yesterday...arghh, very frustrating because I didn't even enjoy it much, and it made me feel sluggish.0 -
I plan on starting the 30 DS when my dvd's come in. Hopefully next week!0

Been on my diet about a week and a half... lost 4lbs.. did the shred 4 days (skipped some days in between). Put on a skirt this morning that I wore to a funeral beginning of June and it's MUCH looser than it was! Great to feel some results.... makes it all worth it!0

I'm on day 7 and seeing great results already, so while I can't join this group I just want to wish you all luck! Stick with it and your body will start changing pretty fast. The first few days are a little painful with muscle soreness later, but it disappears pretty fast so stick with it and good luck0

I may have to do mine the same way. I'm supposed to run a 5k in September, so I don't want to lose my running momentum!0 -
I'm interested. I was doing it pretty consistently in May and then work and travel backtracked me a little bit.

Im in!!! Today will be day 3 for me and i plan on giving myself 6 weeks to finish!! I am aiming for 6 weeks finish to allow for days off. I am running at least 3x a week as well.0 -
