Body Fortress™ - Super Advanced Whey Protein Vanilla Shake

(and it's not alphabetical, because that's followed by):

Peter Pan Creamy - Creamy Peanut Butter No High Fructose Corn Syrup

Bob's Red Mill - Xanthan Gum

    Macrolife Naturals - Macro Greens

Vitacost - Extra Virgin Certified Organic Coconut Oil

Well, I just started on here yesterday, but my can't live without "food" are those 16 oz bottles of flavored water. Kashi granola bars are yummy and an easy breakfast.

    Nonfat greek yogurt and lentils.

I have a cup of the yogurt every morning with flax seed, almonds, berries and sesame seeds,

Lentils with brown rice or bulgur wheat is a staple in my house I try to use vegetable based proteins because they are healthier and help you get lean.

Nothing beats a mostly plant-based diet, with no artificial or processed foods!
