    Macrolife Naturals - Macro Greens

Vitacost - Extra Virgin Certified Organic Coconut Oil

    Nonfat greek yogurt and lentils.

I have a cup of the yogurt every morning with flax seed, almonds, berries and sesame seeds,

Lentils with brown rice or bulgur wheat is a staple in my house I try to use vegetable based proteins because they are healthier and help you get lean.

Nothing beats a mostly plant-based diet, with no artificial or processed foods!
