Quinoa! I'm starting to make a batch using a new recipe every Sunday and bring to work for lunches. The latest recipe I tried was half quinoa, half lentils ... High in protein and fiber!

Balsamic vinegar. I use it as a salad dressing, along with Herbamare (herb salt).

coffee creamer! i can't start my day without coffee and while it's brewing, i log my creamer points and that starts my day off with logging. Honestly, without the coffee creamer to start the day, i'm not sure how i would ever stick to logging my calories!

Since it only counts for the different meal times, and not just as a whole of what you use, mine is this:

    For breakfast, coffee is first.
    For lunch, celery.
    For dinner, butter.
For snacks, Kraft 2% string cheese.

Pasta sauce with extra servings of veggies. I love pasta sauce because I can use it in so many ways-- even to make chili! I can sneak in vegetables into a lot of things and never taste them!
