    Hummus, shakes, and watermelon...lol The Hummus I use on so much, plus I love garbanzo beans (chickpeas) anyways! I make salad dressing out of it, I use it in place of mayo, I use it as a dip for my veggies.

    Too much - I use pretty much the same grocery list every week, but I add something new every week as well. Newest addition: Spaghetti Squash!

    Kirklands calcium chocolate supplement - I was taking 3 a day until the dr. told me last Friday not to take anymore. Too much calcium. Still at the top of the list though. Raw almonds is next.

    Spinach. I put it on or in darn near everything - eggs, sandwiches, salads, quiche, lasagna, and even soup. Though right now my swiss chard is growing like crazy, so I'm switching to that for a while :)

    I eat an egg, a bowl of cereal, and around 4-5 ounces of chicken breast (sometimes ~10 oz) 5 days a week.
