    Sorry, today was so busy, that I didn't get time to come on the site.

    Thanks so much jjtonic75 for coming up with the challenge, it is greatly appreciated :smile:

    So..

    Week 9 Challenge:Every other day do Mason Twists (sit on your bum and raise your legs, then with your hands clasped together, touch the floor on your right side then twist to your left, one set.) Do this 50 times on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Then Every other day do Lunges (start with your right foot first out then left foot, that is one pass for two counts, then turn around and do your right leg first then your left, in all that would be four.) Do 20 times on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
