Because you put things into your body, like food and water. It's really that simple.

Gravity! EVERYONE always weighs less in the morning than in the afternoon. Plus food, water weight etc. That's why you should always weigh yourself at the same time every day to get the most accurate measure.

This. Plus added fecal matter and urine from digestion etc. Do not weigh yourself that often!

Why are you weighing so often?

A pint of water weighs a pound. If you put it in your body you will weigh a pound more.

Anything you put into your body through the day adds weight - just weigh in the morning.

Are you being serious?? Unless you eat and drink nothing all day, why would you not expect to be heavier later in the day??

When you wake up you are basically at your most dehydrated point of the day...it's normal you weight less at that point. Remember 1 liter of water weights 2.2 lbs....

7lbs! Yikes. That's a lot of fluid to retain.

It is also the food that you eat in the day. As noted before - water plus food.

Are you talking pounds or years? If it's pounds, the answer is "clothes." If it's years, congratulations on your longevity!

I weigh myself several times a day.
It's like I'm like my own science project - but basically it's because I put stuff in there.

I do also weigh myself when I...uh...get rid of stuff.

    SCIENCE!

More like once a week. Everybody fluctuates a little bit throughout the week.
