    you are doing fantastic, I fully understand the frustration of not getting instant results. But as my darling husband reminds me every time I start whining that the weight isn't going away fast enough, You didn't put it on overnight you can't expect it to disappear overnight. Sometimes I want to strangle him, but he is so right.
