started out just dieting, at a loss of 20 lbs I began doing both.0

Trying to do both. I'm consistent with dieting but not so much with the exercising:noway: .0

I am both exercising and watching what I eat. I find that when I am active on most days of the week, it inspires me to eat better because I don't want to undo my hard work, and it makes me look at food as fuel, rather than entertainment for my mouth.
That made me crack up... and get weird looks at work.
I log what I eat and exercise. I'm happier when I work out.0 -

Both! :] Exercise really allows you to not really "diet" since you can eat those calories back.0
