    No. Jeez, this is almost as bad as people who log 'cooking preperation'

    The whole purpose of logging exercise is to feed your body enough food for it to run. If you need the 'excuse' to eat more food, just up your bloody limits. Or if you find you're hungry, EAT. It won't kill you to go over your calories.

    Well I get sweaty and out of breath...and if you do some more...difficult positions, you definately work out your inner core! Try reverse cowboy! Oh and definately try for longer than 3 minutes...

    I never log it but it is definitely a workout. The bf jokes that he will help me with my cardio anytime I want to :laugh:

    Hahahahaha! My man says the same thing. He wondered why I spent money on a gym membership when all I have to do is call him to get a workout in! :blushing:

    But, to answer OP question - no, I don't log it. I'm one of those people who only logs the exercise that I specifically do for the purpose of exercise.

    I'm not sure about that??? I play football for fun but surely you would log that even though that it isn't for the purpose of exercise??

    I consider it to be a workout. I sweat just as much as my workout, no matter how little or how much. Just like I log my food, I log every little bit that goes in my body and I log every little thing i do. Some people like to keep complete track of what they do, what they eat and etc.

    Also, for those people who dont think you get any exercise benefits...you're doing it wrong! Come on people put your backs into it!
    I say stay away from the chocolate body paint and and you'll feel the benefits.
    Although, Im a larger lass so what do I know?? Id be tempted to log food prep calories as well...I get out of breath grating cheese :noway:

    I dunno, we have 4 kids so each time it's generally a pretty good workout. 4 times getting up to crack open the door to tell them to stop knocking on the door. 3 times to get dressed to go and see what one of them is crying about, 2 times getting dressed to go see what that huge thud downstairs was; and a few times finding ear plugs because hearing "Dad, Dad, Dad, Mommm, Mooommmm" really throws you off your game.

    Being divorced and not having a boyfriend :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad: it will definately be a workout the first few times I get lucky again.:blushing: But I am not sure I would log that. I do log my cleaning over the weekend whereI literally break a sweat and it takes two hours to sweep, mop, swiffer, do dishes by hand, scrub bathroom, do lanudry and hang on line, change litter box, and dust. I sweat doing my cleaning and don't when I work out so I think it's a credible workout considering it's not daily.

    I'm sorry but cooking and sex are too completely different things...yes cooking prep is not exercise...but if your sex is as dull as chopping an onion...I suggest you get yourself some toys ;) oh yeh and...good response!

That *session* I actually burned 130 calories! Of course I was doing all the work (which I don't mind) and I got something out of it besides pleasure. I burned off my snack for the day!

    Just saying....depends on how much you put into it. I like sex when it is intense and everyone is sweating. (hey...just being honest)

    As you watch the calories adding up, 20, 30, 40 etc. be careful not send the wrong message by shouting "69! 69!"
