    I'm in. I am hoping to lose 20-25 before my birthday September 23rd! I swore I would be at my goal weight before I turned 30 and this will be my 31st birthday and I'm a LONG way from my goal weight but I am determined to make it this time around!!

    Totally stoked for the challenge! I actually started a mini-goal (30 day span) which began on 10 July so perrrfect timing!

    I would love to join in on the challenge!! I hope it is not too late.

    After turning 40 decided to get fit, initial weight in May was 179. Started to watch my calories. On 6/29/2012 joined the local gym; at that point my weight was 174. Now I am working out 6 days per week, 3 days with personal trainer, each work out 250-500 cal burned.

    I am from South Africa. I will be using Kg and cm as is difficult to do conversions.
    I have been very disciplined this week eating well and exercising almost everyday. Looking forward to this challenge.

    I am from South Africa. So I will convert my Kg to pounds
    I have been very disciplined this week eating well and exercising almost everyday. Looking forward to this challenge.
