    It's because of the hot fudge. If you skip that you won't get fat because ice cream is frozen and frozen things are negative calories.

    Whew! I always eat my ice cream/hot fudge sundaes right after I run, so I'm good.
    If I could find a running belt that held them while I ran without melting, I might use that instead of gels on my long runs.
