I heard the cheesequake blizzard is still fine. As long as you get the medium or large0

This is true, but the effect can be reversed by topping them with HCG sauce.0

Awww Fudgenugget, and I just mastered the eating hot fudge Sundaes while doing taebo trick. Now does it make you fat while eating during weigh lifting?0

Of course, the positive effects are amplified if it is applied fresh...0 -

As my stepson would say "THAT'S DISGUSTING" :laugh:0 -
It really depends on how HOT the fudge is...0

I prefer Peanut Buster Parfaits with caramel instead of fudge. Worth every single one of the 500 calories they contain.
I worked at DQ in high school, circa 2000. They had this parfait called the s'more galore....they don't make it anymore but OMG that thing was heaven in my mouth...0 -
UGG...I ate some little chocolate energy bar halfway through my ride the other day and almost puked...hot fudge during cardio sounds terrible unless it is horizontal cardio0
-
But only if you eat them while doing cardio...
Well, that's my experimental plans out of the window :frown: :sad:0 -

Couldn't I just eat a bunch of negative calorie foods afterward to negate the effect?0
-
=O noooooo!!! That can't be true =( Well at least I know what I was doing wrong now. I best be sticking to my toffee cheesecake from now on. Thanks for the heads up0
-
What if it's eaten as a full body experience? That rise in heart rate has to account for something.0

Um... when I'm doing "horizontal" cardio, hot fudge sundaes are the LAST thing on my mind.
In a related development, the Chocolate institute and the National Dairy Council issued a joint statement refuting the study results, claiming, "there is no credible scientific evidence linking hot fudge sundaes with weight gain".0 -

If these boards have taught me nothing (and I'm pretty sure they have), it's that peer review is of absolutely no value for studies on weight loss...
Thanks for the laugh!0 -
