I love the treadmill and stationary bike and also love Just Dance on my X Box I can't dance worth squat but it's really fun to do!!0

running hands down - it's the only time I can really relax - ironically as that may sound.
second is cycle class - it's so intense it's really helped me with my running endurance and speed.

Okay.....I've seen two folks that posted BURPEE'S. Can you tell us what that is? I've never heard of that before. Thanks for the help!

HIIT for sure with burpees.
For the question on the burpee: the burpee is a full body exercise used in strength training and as aerobic exercise. It is performed in four steps:
Begin in a standing position.
Drop into a squat position with your hands on the ground. (count 1)
Extend your feet back in one quick motion to assume the front plank position. (count 2)
Return to the squat position in one quick motion. (count 3)
Jump straight into the air as high as possible. (count 4)0 -
