Im visiting my fam in Alabama and had the prettiest run this morning...I ran along the bay then hopped a fence and ran on a trail through dense woods, hopped another fence and ran past horseys...It was AMAZING!!!0

I hilariously will only do the elliptical. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" is how I am with my exercise, ha. I also adore walking, but that's been a constant in my life.0
