    I don't think it matters what you wear when you weigh in as long as that type outfit is what you weigh in with every time. Like if you weigh in with a t-shirt shorts and a paticular pair of shoes on do that everytime

    Completely butt naked like the day I was born. My clothes are not a part of my body and hence do not count. And always, always after using the bathroom right after I wake up!

    i've always spelled it "skivvies" because for some reason the "c" makes me think of a disease (maybe scabies or scurvy?) i don't know if it has an actual spelling. :)
