    To be honest... I threw away my scale. I concentrate on living a healthy lifestyle and not obsessing with a number.

    Its why I haven't weighed in for months... That being said, I am also at my maintenance weight and appear to be staying there.

    But when I did use the scale... I went buck naked at 7:00 am everyday. :blushing:

    I weigh in naked. I weighed the other day in clothes and after removing just my jeans I discovered that my jeans weighed over 1 pound! first thing in the morning I strip for my shower weigh and then hop on in! :)
