my jillian michaels box set is here !! I'm gonna get on it like a car bonnet and start the 30 day shred today ! I'm guessing I shouldn't do them simultaneously as I won't know if I'm shredding, if I'm getting a six week six pack, if I'm banishing fat and boosting metabolism or if I'm getting no more trouble zones ! I'm very excited, bring it on Jillian !

I didn't take it the wrong way I'm quite a sarcastic person so when I read it in my head it sounded funny ! I'm sure I'll be cursing JM tomorrow but I'll get back up ( if I can fully stretch out ) and do it again !! X0

Good, I get it wrong quite a lot reading forum intonation.
Just remember, DOMS comes from starting a new workout, exercise or intensity, so exercising regularly is a good way to avoid it!0 -
I'd totally agree if I knew what DOMS was ! I assume as you've used capitals it's abbreviated and important so you had better enlighten me !! X0

Cursing is good. It burns more calories when you're angry. It's OK to hate Jillian for a while, as long as you hate her enough to keep trying to show her up every day until you have defeated her. Go get that #$%^ and shred her into tiny bits for me.
Sweat is fat crying. Soreness is muscles thanking you.0 -
I like to refer to her as the sweaty *kitten*, it helps me burn calories :laugh:. And, I also couldn't listen to her talk anymore after about 2 weeks. Had to turn it way down and blast some music instead.

I did get it from amazon, starting with shred then I think I'll banish fat and boost metabolism followed by no more trouble zones ending with a six week six pack, I should be hot to trot in a few months !! Good luck to all you JM exercisers !! X0

Im guessing 30 day slum down should read slim down as I'm hoping to slim it not slum it ! Looks very interesting thanks for the info and I might give that a go to mix it up a bit I'll see how day one goes first !!! X0

I bought the 30DS a while back but still haven't had the chance to start. I'm currently finishing a second round of Insanity but wanted to add 30DS in the mornings in about 2 weeks. THose of you who have been doing the JM workouts, what do you think or am I just going to be pushing it?!0 -

The 30DS is great, I am on Level 3 right now and the results have been great so far. I am trying to decide which one to do next. They get great results, even if I don't much care for Jillian Michaels.0 -
