    You look fantastic!! I just joined today and your story was the first I saw and you have inspired me!!!! We are about the same size I am 5'10 and 280. You have made me so hopeful thank you so much!! Did you cut back on your carbs? What type of foods did you eat to help you get over sweet cravings if you had them? I am so happy for you, you have brought tears to my eyes to know it is possible and in what seems to me a short amount of time, but I am sure it is not to you. Keep up the great work!!

    That's so sweet! I'm honored that you would consider me motivation. I am one of the lucky few that doesn't have a sweet tooth. I actually don't care for sweets at all and really dislike chocolate! I am more of a salty girl and potato chips just aren't worth the calories. I've found some lower calorie substitutes (I love popchips!). Other than that I just try to stay within my calories 6 days a week. I don't eat exercise calories (unless I'm really hungry). I say 6 because I have a cheat meal every Saturday (generally a cheeseburger). I try not to go too crazy, but that gives me something to look forward to if I get a craving. =)
