    As long as you are doing Body Squats, OH Squats, Front Squats, Back Squats... You are pretty covered... and Deadlifts are really just a heavy reverse squat... ;)

    They're my new love! And I do all flavors...straight, sumo...with weight, without weight...*sigh*

    They pretty much are the answer to everything, including why I am having a hard time getting up and down out of my office chair today.

    deadlifts answer more questions than squats.

    pushups answer some questions as well

    What benefits are from squats, and what benefits are from deadlifts? Be specific, 'cause some of us would like to know. I am fairly new to weight training, from a knowlege stand-point.
