    100 without, standing on level ground, actually last 50 in the shower after the workout to finish :)

    Me too. Let's see what I can do tonight. Maybe I can get some done when we go bowling tonight. I can use the bowling ball as my weight.


    I didn't get to do any at the bowling alley as they didn't have any lanes available. I did get to complete this challenge at home though, using 10 lb weights.

    I've been doing 25 at a time. It's now 8 pm and I have 50 to go. Feels good....burns, but feels good to be doing a good burn. I noticed that calories are not counted for the strength training exercise. Bummer.

    I DID IT!!!!!! It is amazing what a challenge will do for you. And to know there are so many others doing it too, just adds to the desire to do it. Can't wait to see what tomorrow's challenge is! Pleasant dreams all you rock calves studs and studesses!

    Thanks. Did Wednesdays and Thursdays. Will see what I can do tomorrow about Monday, Tuesday and Friday's.
    Tuesday's Squats done. So tomorrow is crunches and pushups I guess. Thanks again for the challenge
    MONDAY: 100 CRUNCHES

    TUESDAY: 100 SQUATS

    WEDNESDAY:100 OVERHEAD PRESSES

    THURSDAY: 200 CALF RAISES

    FRIDAY : 100 PUSH-UPS (any kind)

    Next week more of the same except you have to beat your last number and post by how much if you did them this week.

    TUESDAY:
    Is there a way you could list what the past mini challenges have been with the amounts. Like a running total so those of us who have missed some could maybe add them into our workouts if we want. I am always in the need for new ideas to add to my workouts so I don't get board.
