Um.. the recommended dossage of vitamins on the bottle is twice daily AND based on my research your body flushes out what it doesn't need through urination, so there's no such thing as vitamin overdose... You would have to ingest the whole bottle to get sick.
I've started cutting my multi in half (on the advice of Dr Oz), and taking half in the AM, half in the PM. Definitely better to spread it out.
Water soluable vitamins may be flushed out, but I don't believe fat soluable vitamins are- I believe they're stored in your body, and can be dangerous in excess.0
