I'd love to try to sort this out. Like when they changed the multiplier for Sedentary to 1.25.

Anyway, for that logged 25 minutes that used to earn 62 but now 59.

What does MFP have down as your BMR?
    Tools - BMR calc -

I have no idea what my BMR is and I'm still working on finding my maintenance level

I look at it tomorrow and try to figure it out for you

I never worried about the other stuff TDEE BMR etc I just watch my calories

They recommended me to eat 1200 a day but I started at 1000 but I am now up to 1300 calories day. I've been doing things my way and so far so good.

What does MFP have down as your daily maintenance?
Goals - Calories burned from normal daily activity -

    Thanks.

Actually, I gave the location for the info, right under where I asked for it, the name of the selections to click on and what number to read off.

And to confirm, you are at maintenance, and did not adjust your weight between those readings?

    Okay my BMR is 1,148
Gaols-calories burned from normal daily activiity is 1440
My daily carlorie intake is 1300

The work out which is walking for 25 minutes at a slow place used to give me 62 but now gives me 59
Hope this is what you needed

    So difference of 3.

Well, BMR calories for 25 min is 19.9, so that's not the difference.
Maintenance calories for 25 min is 25, so that's not it.

The exercise database they use is the same as this one, which only calls for weight as factor.
    http://www.primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/calculat.htm

But I noticed the source for the above one is "Based on the Compendium of Physical Activities: An update of activity codes and MET Intensities. From the official journal of the American College of Sports Medicine: Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise, Sept. 2000."

And there is a newer version of the book, perhaps MFP updated to newer tables that uses age now

If you use the above link and same speed and 25 min - which value do you get?

I just checked about 10 of the exercises in my frequent list and compared MFP default values to that other table values - matched up exactly for 60 min of activity - so I really don't think they changed the database tables to anything new.

So may have just been a glitch. Sure it said 25 min on each one?
26 min ends up being 62, which matches 25 min being 59.

Found this as part of a post by "Scott" in another thread related to fitbit adjustments but the relevant part MAY be
It is important to be sure that your profile information on our site and the fitbit.com site matches, in terms of your height, weight, age, gender, etc. so that the FitBit is calculating your caloric burn as accurately as possible.
Not 100% on if that's specifically that "fitbit" uses those data points or that they could affect your calorie burn on MFP in the same way but the only change without a weight loss etc would be "age" as said earlier we're all getting older every day, or it could be something from MFP as the website doesn't get the "summary of changes" that the apps do.

Thanks I'm not gonna worry over it just wondered if it happended to others. And yep it said 25 min on each one and it is still giving me the lower amount. So maybe since I haven't lost any more since 6/23/12 it changed.
