Finished The 30ds

I posted on day 17 how the 30DS worked on my back blobs, not much has changed back there in the last 14 days.

I have had a lot of change on my thighs (you can kind of see it in the picture). Speaking of pictures, sorry about everything. These were taken right after work out in a dark bedroom. When I first started I didn't have work out clothes so I hate to black out the dreaded bra (dun, dun, duuuuun).

I didn't do measurements but in the last 30 days I have lost 5 lbs and went down almost 2 pant sizes.

    Thanks so much! I am so happy with the results! And it's not just how I look but my endurance is so much better!

    I was only doing the 30ds. I have two small kids (1.5 and 3) and I am a sahm so I am on my feet a lot but no formal exersice other than the shred. :)

    Very nice! And that is no joke to do 30 day shred! I LOVE your "back blob" term by the way. I'm totally stealing that to describe the "love handles"...which is the stupidest name I've ever heard for FAT. LOL
