The gal in the next cubicle has an M&M machine...... and when the Peanut Butter M&M's are in rotation, I can't stay away......0

Was it a Mars bar? Those little *kitten* whisper sweet nothings in my ear, and I feel powerless to resist. They're like an ex I can't stay away from.
Seriously, though... it's okay to have a treat once in awhile. This is a lifestyle change. I've learned through health classes I have taken on disordered eating, recently, that an 80/20 split in your calories between healthy foods and treats is reasonable.0 -
<~~Eating Jelly Belly's! :sad:0

I have a confession too, last week while I was on vacation I ate some Sweet Sixteen donuts, both chocolate and powdered and some chips. I was so afraid of how much weight I would gain and guess what I think it boosted my metabolism or something because I lost 3 lbs this week where I have been at a stand still for a few weeks. So enjoy every now and then WE Deserve it!0

everyone feel free to add me its nice to have people who are going through the same thing, i mean my partner is tiny and can eat anything and my sister is a size 8 so not really a bit help!0

if i really really want something, i just go ahead and have it. i know if i leave myself feeling deprived, it is going to be harder to stick to it0

I sometimes lose control of my hand and it forces me to drink beer until it's satisfied.0

It happens to the best of us. When I get tempted I try telling myself that "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels"! It doesn't always work. though.0

Same here. I had a timeout bar today :-(0

The hardest part is just eating that 1
Once the taste is there you crave more
I find it easier just to not take that first bite!0 -

What good is life if you can't have a treat now and then? Also, I've realized that if you don't indulge just a little now and then, you'll explode later on and end up binging. Trust me - - i've got the experience and the extra poundage to prove it!
Exactly!0 -
I have starved for two days but have not caved in to over eating. Had a 100 calorie cheesecake snack last night and that helped. I keep thinking about food. Sitting in the house has not helped at all. I need to get out again and away from food. I have dome chocolate peanut butter eggs in the kitchen but have not touched them since April but they are calling my name. :frown:0

best thing i have done is bought ice pops, it takes ages to eat but keeps my mind off the food0

Don't feel bad cuz I had a piece (a sliver) of triple strawberry boston cake today. One of the staff randomly purchased it so I couldn't resist! It was staring at me and I figured that 1/10 of the cake had 260 calories, that if I had a half of a half, it would only be 130 calories and at least I got to have some. Now sometimes I refuse to give in because I know that if I start, I won't stop!
LOL
Good luck,

haha! damn those chocolate bars are sneaky!0
