HOLIDAY CHALLENGE: Thanksgiving -9 weeks, Christmas -13 weeks, New Years -14 Weeks
Set your goal 1 or 2 lbs a week. Post it for accountability; work for it!
  • So, not so good this week. I have learned my lesson with the ofice temptations, no more! The rest of the week went well. My students are really good this year. I have a chior retreat today and tomorrow and I'm really looking forward to it, we have a good time.

    Here it is:

    SW 198, GW 135, CW 173 = + 3 lbs

    Good morning team :flowerforyou:

Still sick ... been sick all week... a week of staying home and pretty much doing nothing but eating and drinking.... and the weird thing is I still lost 2.5 lbs... weird... must have been all that coughing I've been doing... must be burning a lot of calories that way

    Manda - SW 198, GW 135, CW 173 = + 3 lbs
    Lorann - SW 285 / GW 155 / CW 229.5 = loss of 2.5 lbs

I hope you feel better soon Lorann! Yesterday was a good day for me. I ate a little over 1200 calories & burned over 900. I was never really off track, but I feel a little more stable now.

I think the scale was good to me considering how extra stressful this week has been. I was way under 1200 calories a couple of days and I only exercised 4 days, so I'm very happy I almost met my 3# goal!
I'm still on track to meet my 250.0 Halloween goal. :drinker:

    Manda - SW 198, GW 135, CW 173 = + 3 lbs
    Lorann - SW 285 / GW 155 / CW 229.5 = loss of 2.5 lbs
    Julie (jlb123) - SW 266.8/ GW 150 / CW 258.8 = loss of 2.6 lbs
  • LI4G- you and adopt4 start always start the thread out awesome. Thanks!

Rant: I tried the dieticians suggestion of upping my calories. Scale went up this week. It's only .4 but I think my way was going well. Could also be that I added back strength training.

Rave: I obiously made my body happy with the strength training. Although I gained .4 lbs my body fat dropped .4% and my clothes are fitting differently. So I'm still pleased with the week.

Got another blasted flat tire this morning on the way to work. I've still managed to get in 88 miles cycling, 1 swim, and strength training this week.

Manda-ouch. lesson learned and pressing on I see. Next week will probably be a good loss for you.

Lorann- girl you rock! Nice loss

Julie- super loss for you too! 3lbs for a week is shooting high. But you did achieve high too. nice job.

    Manda - SW 198, GW 135, CW 173 = + 3 lbs

I didn't lose but I am still proud of myself because I didn't gain while I was in Vegas and on vacation all week. I've been home for 2 day and both days I've walked. I went for a walk with Terri on Wednesday just for excercie and on Thursday I spent the day with Darrel at the fair walking. That was for pleasure :blushing: but it was a lot of walking! Hopeing to start losing more weight again this week. This is 4 weeks of being the same and I am starting to feel a little a discouraged. I am happy I am maintaining but I really want to reach the goal for Thanksgiving. I still need to lose 10lbs to make that goal. Have a great week all!

Feel better soon all you sickies and please don't pass it on to us!! Sorry you gals have been so sick.

Im all good with the no change. This has been an insanely busy week for our family and while Ive managed to fit in a couple days of walking and biking at the gym, I need to do more! Hubby leaves for New York on Sunday so I am gonna be packing his stuff for him and cleaning house. He'll be home next Friday evening then leaves again on Sunday for Colorado for a week.

This week should be a bit mellower other than next Friday when I have 40 teenagers coming to the house from Shelby's Cross Country team for a Spaghetti feed. All I have to do is buy the food and clean house tho... all the girls are cooking the food and the boys are bringing desserts and drinks. I just hope and pray it doesnt rain so they can all go outside and eat on the deck..

I thought I would share something I found last night online. Its the coolest new recipe/ shopping list toy and if you go to http://www.Cookinglight.com you can use it for free after you register. I sat down with it last night and planned out dinner for this next week. It lets you can create menu's from recipes, then print of a shopping list of all the ingredients and there are alot of "lite menu recipes" to choose from or you can imput your own. Im hoping it will not only save me some time but get me back into cooking more at home. Ive been pretty lazy about it lately because Ive been freezing up alot of stuff from the garden and havent been in the mood to cook much unless its quick and easy. I really miss my own good "lite" homecooking..

Anyway... My goal for today is to a.) drink my water, b.) walk for 30 minutes and c.) finish planning my lunch menu for this week.

    Happy Friday everyone!

Ok, I am not sure what is going on, but I am pretty sure that 8 pound loss this week is a freak thing with the whole 5 pounds plus or minus thing. But, I AM NOT COMPLAINING!! Pretty happy. So, its 2:30 in the afternoon and I still haven't gotten to my workout, so I am hitting the weights. I hope to check in later, if not, tomorrow for sure. Love you guys!

Well, I made it until almost 2 pm until I'm ready to pass out - which is much better than the 9 am it's been for a week! Guess I'm getting better! Just rode my bike w/son#2 to the neighbor's house and back, just to get out of the house for a bit. Threw my hip out a day or two ago, then today hurt my back sweeping... man have I lost a lot of muscle strength over the summer. Had hubby pull my leg to get my hip back into place, and now it's just sore but at least I can walk.

Didn't weigh in today, ddin't even think about it to be honest, but I kinda don't want to know right now anyway. I think I'm still within the range of the weight I had gained back before getting sick, so that's ok, and as soon as I'm better and my hip is better I'm going to start walking at the gym and riding my bike more.

Saw this "X Weighted" tv show again and the trainer said he hated the elliptical because it didn't teach your muscles "real life" movement, that walking is better. He then showed them how that was true by their stamina. Hmm... So think I will use it for cardio/fat burn, but also do the same amount of walking on the treadmill for the muscles.

adopt4 - hang in there, sounds like your body needs to heal up!
stillkristi - WOW, you go girl!
li4g- thanks for the great start. 34 weeks - I can't believe I've stuck with it this long but its the team and the desire to reach the goal. keep us informed about the meal planning - sounds interesting
crazybee - get back to your "healthy" routine and the pounds will come off! We are in this together. It has taken me a while to get motivated to stay on track since summer holidays.

Exercised 3x this week (good start). Next week I will try to get a little faster but only 40 minutes rather than 60. Will plan my meals - they get posted on the fridge so they are in front of my face. Did pretty good this week - only sampled the kids lunch once. Hubby made awesome spinach/feta pizza tonght. So much healthier than the pizza meat we used to have. Hurray for healthy! He also volunteered to watch the kid while I exercised at the park tonight.

prayerful - guess what...I registered for a 5K walk in 2 weeks for breast cancer. Will be walking with my older stepdaughter.
  • Well crew...missed weigh in and not sure I am ready to do it yet. Not onto track enough yet myself to feel confident to even weigh myself. I hope you all understand that I am not avoiding anything...just need to feel confident in myself and more on track. I am taking the steps..but not enough yet for me. Until then I will come read all your posts and just let you know I am doing okay. Actually pretty good, went to doctor's yesterday for the "Tossing Cookies" diagnoses...nothing showed up on my ultrasounds at all - clear. So on that note...I can take that as a bad thing and let it bring me down as no answer as to why - or on a good note that nothing showed up seriously wrong. I am going to go with the latter. He is now sending me off to a specialist for an endoscopy as per my request just to ensure all it okay there too. In the meantime I went to my favorite health store in my area - had a foot cleanse and purchased a body cleanse to get my system going. I always feel great after my foot cleanse - Gives me so much energy.

That is about it for me...will talk at you all later. Great progress guys.

    Love ya all.

G'morning team! How is everyone. Thanks for the kudos prayerfulmom - you are always so supportive and positive! Thanks!! Kelli, GOOD TO SEE YOU BACK!!!!! Sorry you've been under the weather. That is really a bummer. Healthymom, thanks to you too! And, I like the idea of having your menu on the fridge "in your face" I'm gonna do that. I just realized, you are pretty darn close to your goal. How does that feel? Good job!!! Cyndi, nice start, and good luck getting life to settle down a little! You, too are pretty darn close to goal weight. That is awesome! Button, don't worry, you are probably more on track than you think. Do your best and be content. Thats my motto. When I do that, its amazing how much easier the rest of this journey is. And remember, if you have nearly 200 pounds still to lose (as I do) its definitely a journey - not a short trip.

I had a lot of fun yesterday, spending a good portion of the day with friends. Breakfast on the patio with one friend, then lunch with two others, also on the patio and finally, dinner out with other friends. This dinner is an annual event. Its almost an hour away from my home in a little city called Perry, Utah. Perry is home to some of Utah's finest orchards, farms, and Maddox Restaurant. Maddox is famous for its wonderful home style food. Big cattle operation, so wonderful steaks, fresh home made rolls and this time of the year, one of the sides when you order a meal is always fresh corn on the cob. And, the reason for our pilgrimage every year at this time is it is during Peach Days, so there is this amazing fresh peach pie. (See the meal on my facebook page. ) I logged the calories this morning, and there are way too many! But, I am within my calories for the day, because I planned for it. So, today, I need to get some really good exercise in! But, it was great fun, and excellent company.

One of the things I am so thankful for over this past several months of losing almost 90 pounds is that I am able to enjoy life so much more. I look forward to continuing that and experiencing many more great adventures with family and friends. The lifestyle change is amazing!

The last thing I wanted to say is that the thing working for me is that food isn't my focal point any more - living is. I make sure the food I purchase, prepare and consume is really high quality, and it is food I love. For example, I don't buy low fat anything, because I don't typically like the flavor. Instead, I eat smaller portions of the foods I love, and I savor them. When I eat, I enjoy what I am eating. I try to eat a bigger, healthy breakfast, and at least 2 but hopefully 3 or 4 small meals during the day. I really work at not eating after about 7:00 pm - 8:00 at the latest. I try to enjoy everything I do, including exercise. And I don't worry about the scale until Fridays. Thats working for me.

Well, enough rambling! See you later!

I wish today was weigh-in I could log a loss of 3lbs. I got on the scale this morning and went wow. I got on it 3 times to make sure. I've been home from Vegas 3 days and I have continued to walk every day. I took a walk at the pier with my friend who went to Vegas with me the first day, the second day I went on a date with Darrel and we walked all over the fair for hours then walked the water front at sunset before going home, and last night I went to dinner an a movie with a friend and I made him walk with me outside on the sidewalk the whole length of the strip mall where we ate. I logged my food all day yesterday and I am going to try to keep that up.

One of my daughter's friends signed on to MPF after hearing how much weight I have lost so he might be coming in here to post. His name is JorgeG on here. I know you will make him welcome a you have me. The picture he has on here is one of him and my youngest daughter. He told me my daughter was going to join too but I haven't seen her yet. He added me as a friend 2 days ago.

Kristi, your post was wonderful and so inspiring, about not letting food rule your life but living rule it. It was wonderfully written. I did have a hard time not being totally starving after reading your dinner menu LOL. BUt I agree about eating things you like just a lot better portions. When I was in Vegas we had this HUGE wonderful sandwich from the New York New York hotel ( picture also posted on FB). I had half for lunch and half for dinner. So food for the day cost me $10 and I got 2 meals for that $10. I got something I loved and made it work for me.

Anyway, Good Job everyone. I am proud of you all. Take care and have a losing week!!

Adopt4- Hope you feel better soon! I'll need some adult companionship this week with hubby gone.. LOL!

Kristi- Holy moly girl! You rock!! 8lbs!! Yeeehawww!! Happy dance for youuuu!!!

Button- Ya gotta do what ya gotta do. Thanks for keeping us up to date! We'll still be here when you are ready to go at it again. In the meantime- take care of you!

Prayerful- Love it when that happens! Congrats for being right on target!

    Healthymom- Great job!!! 2lbs!! woohoo!!

Well... today is "bring all the tools home" from the other house day as we are finally finished over there with what we are doing. Shouldnt take us too long to get that done, there isnt much left. Had to hire a cleaning company to come in and finish the "after construction" part of the job because my arm is still not capable of doing anything. We went to the buffet last night with hubbys folks (i was good.. mostly ate fish & salad and didnt overdo it!) and just using the tongs to dish up my food made my arm hurt all over again :noway: :noway: Im so mad!! 2 weeks out of that deli and it still feels like I worked there yesterday...

Other than that... my menu is done for the week. Will share more of that with you guys later. I surfed the hungry girl site and found some yummmmmy recipes to try for dinner. Will share which ones after Ive tried them to let ya know if its worth it or not.. Ive tried other things off her site and have loved them.

After finishing the house, we are headed out shopping for new work clothes for hubby. Got him a nice new jacket last night but need to get him some comfy dress shoes and a few nice dress shirts so he can look good for the new job. Im also FINALLY going to buy some new bra's since I desperately need them. Ive discovered Im allergic to Nylon. Not a fun experience at all..

Goals today since I wont be at home... 1.) eat healthy...no fast food... 2.) drink ALL my water...3.) walk hubby all over the mall so I can get my workout in..
  • Thanks everyone for understanding...I have come to realize this is my journey with just a great bunch of friends to support me whether I am up, down or whichever way. That is important to me. The other thing that I have realized that is important is that this is always on my mind as I believe if it wasn't then things would be bad for me. Yesterday while shopping for groceries I was back on top of reading labels and picking up fresh veggies and fruit. Something I got away from for the past mth. So I think if my mind is into this and thinking about it...then eventually it will all fall back into place.

Adopt4 - hope you start feeling better soon. You have been sick for sometime now...HUGS!!
Kristi - Good job.... you are an inspiration to me.
Prayerfulmom - happy to see you are on track..hope to join you someday. I know I keep saying that but I will surprise you someday - trust me!!!
CrazyBee - glad you had so much fun on your vacation...and good to see you are able to get right back on track with things. :)
Healthymom - keep up the good work lady...good job!
LI4G - you are such a sweetie...go, go, go girl. I am sure you hubby will be saying Stop, stop, stop by the time you get him through the mall. Happy Shopping.

    Water time. :drinker:

Well, we spent about 5 hours yesterday running around finding clothes for hubby. We hit 3 different malls and He didnt complain at all! I think he secretly liked going and having me help him purchase a new wardrobe, which in all essence is what we did. The hardest thing to find him was a comfy pair of dress shoes but after hitting all the specialty shoe shops in the mall, I finally told him "next stop is Macy's" where he fell in love with the first pair I found so I made him get 2 pairs. Then, we hit the luggage department there because I saw they had a huge sale going on and since he's going to be traveling all the time, I decided it was time to cough up the dough and get him a decent set of luggage.

Needless to say I didnt buy 1 bra yesterday.. LOL! We spent close to $800 rehauling his wardrobe and buying luggage.. but definitely money well spent. He's gonna look great and I have plenty of time to shop for bra's this week.

Got up at 3:30 this morning so I could have him to airport by 4:45. We went to bed early last night so I was all great and fine when I got home from dropping him off. Completely cleaned the house in less than an hour and then sat down to watch a movie and now Im draggin butt..

Gonna go grocery shopping here in a few minutes with my "menu" shopping list, then Im not sure what Im gonna do with myself. Kids are at their dads for the night so I may just take a good nap then go to the gym later.. :0) We'll see!

Well I managed to log my food on Friday and Saturday and I have kept up walking every day that I've been home from Vegas and I've actually lost 4.5lbs this weekend. I want so badly to change my ticker beacause it would finally puts me at 30lbs lost. But I wil wait until Friday to see if it stays off.

I went shopping for underware yesterday. Like li4g i needed bras. I was kinda looking for some sexy feeling matching bras and underware :blushing: Instead of a size 44 I got a 42 and they fit great. I also found a summer dress that is 2 sizes smaller that I wear that was real cute and on sale for $9. I thought it would make a good "goal" dress for next summer. When I came home I wanted to see how much it was going to take to fit me and I ended up wearing it to the musical I went to last night!! It's kinda low cut and at the musical this man kept walking by me and checking out my boobs LOL I was about to tell him "my eyes are up here fella', but it was actually funny so I didn't mind LOL.

Glad you got hubby all decked out li4g, I' m sure he will look great. What are you gonna do with all the time you will have???? Farm?

Congrats on the new dress bee!!! Thats awesome!! My wardrobe needs rehauling also but other than buying a few pairs of jeans Im gonna wait until we get caught up on a few things which shouldnt us long.

All the free time... hmm.. Im not sure what Im gonna do with myself. My goal is to get my butt to the gym EVERY morning. Mornings seem to be the best time for me to go because it gives me something to do and gets me going for the day. If i wait until later, I might as well not plan on going at all.. LOL

I have several huge boxes of photographs and slides that belonged to my grandmother. I bought a scanner on ebay a couple weeks ago and plan to use my spare time to get those organized and digitalized so I can share them with the rest of the family. There are pictures in there that date back to the 1800's and since they were passed on to me, I think its important to archive them the best way I know how. At least then, I dont have to worry about losing them if something stupid happens. When my mom moved she also gave me ALL of my grandfathers slides, his projector and a bunch of other photography stuff... so.. I have a big job ahead but no deadline to do it in. Definitely a project I want to do!

Aside from that, I plan to work more on my photography. I havent played with my "real" camera for a while, so that Is getting dug. I have several images to add to my site and will be selling some of those as royalty free on other sites I belong to.

Otherwise... yes.. farming and leveling up so I can buy a mansion are on my list of priorities as well..

Well gang I have really been "faking it til I make it" and this week I started making parts of it. I got exercising in and started getting my water back in. Food choices are not all good but not all bad. My goals this week are to concentrate on exercise and water as TOM arrives Friday. So we will see. I am still hovering 4 - 6 pounds above my lowest weight.

You all are doing so great - congratulations. Keep up the good work.
  • It is me again. I am giving it a shot one more time. I have just lost all my will to do this. I don't really know how much I have gained but I know my clothes do not fit. I am so sad. I just hope you ladies can help push me along. I have been so overwhelmed with life. I am gonna give my best shot. Hope to make it a better time this time around. Thanks for all the support.

April, hey its good you are back.!! :flowerforyou: Listen, its ok to be discouraged, it happens. The main thing is not to give up on yourself. It sounds like you are having a rough time, and gaining weight is a pretty normal physical response to being overwhelmed. So, I encourage you to work first on getting control of what ever is overwhelming. The serenity prayer is a good place to start for me. If you aren't familiar with it, its used by AA all the time. Here it is.

    God grant me the serenity
    to accept the things I cannot change;
    courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

Then, when you figure out how to cope with whatever is overwhelming, you can give yourself permission to lose weight again. Stick with us and hang in there, ok?

Kelli, I finally took a picture I don't mind with the shirt you gave me, my new favorite, so I am now using it as my profile pic. Thanks again for some great shirts! I needed them.

Everyone else, love you guys, catch you tomorrow!

  • Hey April...wb...don't think we have met before. But I am with Kristi...it is okay to ge discouraged..even I am going through that somewhat. I have been trying hard to stay on track for about a month now but keep falling off every week. But I am not going to give in...and you need to just keep coming here and getting the support of others. Even if you mess up, just keep coming here as it is a reminder to you of your goals. One of the reason why I come here...the ladies are great and big time supportive no matter what.

So hang in there girl and I will do the same - and with you, me and this great group we will do it.

    To everyone else...hugs.

  • I just want to say it is soooo nice to have old friends back!

Healthymom- AWESOME! Its amazing what we can accomplish when we sign up for a race. Its so motivating.

Pawpring-.4 is nothing. Press on girlfriend.

Adopt4-hope your back to 100%. Basically since the regular flu is not this time of year anyone who has the flu right now is basically being told they have h1n1. sorry you’ve had to endure it. I hope your kids don’t get it too. Wondering if you called the trainer yet to change to am when your better? I can’t believe you bike rode when you were still recovering. Interesting on the elipticle. I burned out on it a few years ago. Seems that was all the trainers wanted to use. Now I run, swim, and primarily bike for cardio. I keep telling myself to go back to that escalator thing to prepare for hiking. But I’m just can’t cave to the gym yet when I still can enjoy the great outdoors=) I found that I have to do what I love or I won’t do it. Or I will but not as often and won’t have fun. What do you love?

    Anita- Nice job!

Button-hugs back at ya. Sounds like your getting on track. Nice work. Sometimes people work better at slow casual changes. I look forward to Friday and your loss. Show us how its done girl.

    Kristi-
Great advice as always. Look at that ticker! I love that your not working someone else’s rules but your working what works for you. That is the way to do it. So inspirational. Its so good to haveyou back.

Miss April- we are working on the ‘fake it till you make it’ theory. It is said that you can’t be encouraged to do good unless you do good. It kind of rubs off on the other. Say you eat well and log one day. That encourages you to get back strong. Say you exercise one day. That causes you to want to eat well and not blow the workout. So fake it till you make it girl. Maybe you’ll work better if take baby steps and not all or nothing.

Lw4m-glad your faking it till you make it! Does that make us a hypocrite? No it makes us human. Sometimes that is all we have. We can’t be 100% all the timre. Your moving in the right direction. This is why I take one day a week of no logging. It helps me put off those cravings I have till that day. Seems to work for me. Of course I only lose 1lb a month. But the alternate for me would be no loss cause I’d try to be a perfectionist and not achieve it so I’d totally go the other way. We have to experiment and see what works for us personally. Cheers for fresh starts.

L4g-That was some serious shopping. I learned for me I have to do my exercise in the morning. Something always prevents afterwork. Awesome that you recognize the evening obstacle. Woot woot.
OMG, what a treasure those pictures. I’m a genealogist and love old pictures! Enjoy. Much better treasure that virtual farming;) Nothing to pass on to your family from there.lol. So did you make it to the gym today? Shopping?

Crazybee-holy moly! You go girl. Dang I wish had had to go underwear shopping. I’m a pair so lose the upper first. What a nice feeling for you. Congratulations. I went to old navy and bought a pair of pants too small to work on. That must be so motivating for you. Now that your getting back your on fire girl.

    My weekend wrap up:

    Friday-1175 and 28 mile cycling
    Saturday-2009 and 50 miles cycling
Sun-1552 and a bit of trampoline jumping
3 day average 1578. pretty great being Saturday was an off day

Today, need to get motivated and either do my chores or escape for a bike ride=)

Good morning team!!! How is everyone?? Prayerful, you are such an inspiration. Thats a lot of calories! You seriously rock.

I wanted to share something that I discovered yesterday. I've been wearing the same five or six dresses to church. As you know, I've had some of my clothing tailored (wasn't that a great idea! geesh) but not my dresses. So, anyway, the jumper I put on is to the point that it was falling off my shoulder. So I decided, this is crazy, I need to dig around in my closet and get out some of the dresses I haven't been able to wear for a while, or ever for that matter. Well, I did. And I found about 4 that fit, and one that I have gone clear past. That is so frustrating, but anyway, its another story. So, I wore a new dress to church. I got compliments all day long!!! On the one hand I am thinking gee, people, I didn't lose this weight yesterday, its been coming off for a while! And I realized that I wasn't maximizing my progress by wearing those old sacky dresses. So, we need to wear clothing that fits, so people can see and compliment our progress, because those compliments are very motivating! Anyway, I wanted to share that. Love you all! Take care.

Morning, everyone. I'm still not 100% but I'm getting there, finally! Yeah, I figured I had the swine flu, the only one in my house I'm worried about is Z because he's so small and doesn't eat much, plus has bad allergies and athsma that are really acting up now too. But no one else in my house had a fever, so I'm hoping I'm the only one that actually got it, everything else is a cold/allergies (hard to tell the difference this time of year!)

Planning on getting on my bike in a few. Since I'm still recovering I'm not going to ride hard but will see if I can make it to the video store to return some videos, I think that's 2-3 miles. Flat, so not hard. Have been doing my core exercises every other day though to get that back into shape, still sore but it seems to be working. Still can't walk distance, but want to get my stomach/back muscles stronger before going to the chiro, everything will just get out of place again if I go now. At least that's the plan.

No, haven't called the trainer. Pls keep on me on that. I plan on doing that after my bike ride.

April, this is a lifestyle change, not a temporary fix. It takes time to realize where you go when you are stressed/bored/lonely, and change those things into positive things rather than eating the pain. Just start again where you are this moment - dont' look back except to learn from your mistakes - and plow forward. Yes, fake it till u make it because you know what? No one has enough willpower to do perfect all the time. Willpower is a myth, I personally think. You know how hard it is to get up in the morning and go to work/school? But you get up because you have to, not because you want to. This is the same thing. You exercise/watch what you eat and when/count calories because you have to, in order to be a healthier, happier you. Not because it's fun. But because the bottom line is more important than the moment - same with work or school. For work you work to live how you want to, to eat and support yourself, for school you work towards that degree, for this you work towards helping your body.

And April, I'm totally with you on this. Had an extremely stressful summer, stopped exercising with the plan of a temporary break and just can't get back on it. Then got sick, so even if I was motivated I coudln't do it without making myself sicker. My goals right now are to just get out 3x/wk, gym, bike, whatever, and just get active. I also need to plan my eating better, as we keep running out of healthy stuff and I can certainly feel the difference when I don't eat healthy enough. Then the downward spiral of low energy, no motivation, etc. But - YOU can do it! WE can do it!

Kristi, I LOOOOOVVVEE that picture! OMG how you have changed! I can't believe it, why haven't you posted those pics sooner! Wow! You look so great! I miss that shirt... LOL Have to learn to tie dye.

Off to ride the bike... not wearing my HRM because I'm not going to push it today. But is a wonderful day!

    Good day.
1300 in, 778 out & I feel great tonight!
I also added some pictures to my profile. I pretty much think the picture of me with the crimped side pony tail is super funny/cheesy & figured everyone could use a good laugh so I uploaded it as my main photo here. I also added a picture of all my dogs & kitten.

    Bring on Tuesday! :drinker:
