    Awesome job! Your tummy and arms look fantastic for the amount of weight you lost!! I am a similar weight and height and I've been a little nervous about the amount of skin I may be left with. Any tips on how you stayed so toned??

    I am amazed!!! I am just about half an inch taller perhaps but i was the same size 24 Jan. 1! Myu kids are older, but we are about the same age too. I was 300 pounds and I am about half way to my goal. Inspirational!!!

    Amazing and very inspiring . I would love to know how you've been so consistent with the workouts with 3 young kids. This seems to be my trouble - making time for the workout everyday with 4 kids.

    Wow. Well done. I was intereted because your starting weight, target loss and finishing weight was exactly the same as mine. The difference is 1) I'm four inches shorter - though to be honest I think I know my finishing weight is not small enough but I can't imagine myself any smaller and 2) After 6 months I've lost 3 stone - which I was very pleased with but there is no way I will lose another 4 in five months. You are phenomenal. Well done.
