The simple explanation is exercising 6-7x/week plus using mfp to track my calories. :-)

First, Congratulations!!! That's wonderful. I know this can vary based on each person, but at exercising 6-7x per week, on average, how many calories were you taking in? I have been at the same weight now for about a month although I exercise 5-6x a week high intensity cardio and weights every other day. Any ideas to get pass this "stuck" phase? Have you experienced this during your weight loss journey and how did you handle?
Thanks for any ideas you can share.
And, thanks for being an inspiration for others.0 -

Awesome job! Your tummy and arms look fantastic for the amount of weight you lost!! I am a similar weight and height and I've been a little nervous about the amount of skin I may be left with. Any tips on how you stayed so toned??0

Amazing and very inspiring . I would love to know how you've been so consistent with the workouts with 3 young kids. This seems to be my trouble - making time for the workout everyday with 4 kids.
