Nothing....I just don't allow food to be my reward anymore...

I do not have a single item of food or drink though, that if I think about it a few minutes, and still want it, that I will deprive myself from...has worked so far...I no longer obsess about food!

Definitely the fried foods. When looking at the calorie count, it is just too high for the rewards. In fact, this is something I've done across the board. I wish that more places listed calorie count, it is quite sobering to know what you are eating.

    pickles :(

pickles are good! no carbs, sugars, fat, HIGH potassium! they are actually one of the things i eat if im still hungry after a meal!

But they are crazy high in sodium. I don't snack on them any more either.. I have high blood pressure and the sodium makes it worse..

This. I'm actually off blood pressure medication now,
after 12 years. I had no idea how much sodium I was
taking in until I joined MFP.

I bet I was eating 5k in sodium everyday. (probably more)
I used to snack on pickles like carzy, and eat canned soup
    for lunch everyday. There's 260mg in 3/4 of a spear. I would
eat at least 4 per day, so there's 1300mg plus a can of soup
is close to another 1400mg. Adds up quick!

I went from 140's/100's down to 120's/70's with no meds.
BPM 60's-70's at rest. I've seen it drop down in to the high
50's. BPM used to be stuck in the high 90's-100's.

Now for my pickle fix once in a while I'll have a pickled
jalapeno. Serving size is 2, but I only eat one. Works
out to 180mg. That or a shot of basalmic vinegar works
    as well.
