    I been struggling between 155-160 keep going up and down I'm suppose to be 120-135 for a reasonable weight I'm up for a challenge and also if anyone have any suggestions I'd consider them thanks

  • I'm new to MFP and this looks like a great way to get started. It seems like it's easy for me to disappoint myself in not acheiving a goal, but if someone else "sees" then I work much harder to not disappoint others. Thanks for posting!

  • I think if you tried to maintain that rate of loss for a long period of time, Yes, you would be setting yourself up for "not" succeeding. However, often times when you start a new exercise program, you tend to work harder and be more aware of what you are eating, excercising, sleeping, etc so your body loses a bit more than usual the first week or so then your loss will level out each week.
