    No, if you eat less you gain weight, you have to eat more to not starve, so to gain weight you need to not eat

    Lift really heavy, like pink 5 lb weights so you bulk. Eat bananas, and sugar, sugar is the devil. Also bread. Bread will make you explode!

    No no no no you're doing it all wrong! "Starvation mode" is the only way to lose it. I mean saltines and celery, but watch out because celery has negative calories and we all know that negative calories are opposite positive calories. Therefore, they're bad! VERY BAD!!!!
