No, if you eat less you gain weight, you have to eat more to not starve, so to gain weight you need to not eat0 -

Don't forget to stress out about everything you put in your mouth, every pound you lift and every comment someone makes about you. I cannot stress enough the need to stress out about EVERYTHING! This will help you in your weight gain endeavor more than eating bananas....and you know how bad THEY are!0

No no no no you're doing it all wrong! "Starvation mode" is the only way to lose it. I mean saltines and celery, but watch out because celery has negative calories and we all know that negative calories are opposite positive calories. Therefore, they're bad! VERY BAD!!!!0
