You look amazing! Definitely something to be proud of. Im almost to my first goal weigh which is 150 and 25lbs down from where i was almost a year ago. 1.4lbs to go. Anyway people keep saying I don't need to lose any more weight also, but to be comfortable i want to see 140 again.0

Your plan sounds like exactly what I am attempting to do to drop 110 pounds. I eat healthier, and I walk about two miles, and use an exercise bike. Definitely looking into gyms at this stage.

Wow that's great! what all have you been doing?
All I honestly did was eat better then before and CARDIO. I went out and walked at LEAST 4 miles a day. Weight was coming off quick. Then joined a gym to add some muscle.
I walk anywhere from 2-4 miles (outside) a day easily and love it. I also try to go to the gym at least 3-4 times a week, sometimes more if possible. I'm excited to see that it's done wonders for someone else.0
