2nd Job

So, I got a part-time job as a server at Beef O'Brady's (in addition to my full-time job) to save some extra cash. I have two questions:
1. My full-time job as admin asst. is very sedentary. However, when I work at Beefs (2 or 3 nights a week), I am on my feet the entire time, taking orders, running food, etc.. Could I count that as exercise in some way?
2. Does anyone know anything healthy from Beefs to eat? There's no nutrional guide available (not on the main company website nor in any franchise restaurant). Last night I went with a grilled cheese on wheat with no butter and a side of broccoli but really my choices (without looking at a guide) are pretty limited and bringing food from home is difficult to do.:grumble:
Thanks!
