I don't know about you guys but I can barely sit down (squats), my abs kill so bad I yelped when I sneezed and my arms are already sore lol!

yes I did it, even thou my muscle are sore today I did 120 arms, 50 crunches and 25 squats and 25 minutes of dancing whoooo0

I'm in, I'll get them done tonight and I'll beat last week by at least 10!
200 with 10 lb weight. Planned on 150 but pushed it through! oooooohhhh, baby. I'm gonna feel these tomorrow.0 -
100 done with a 20lb dumbbell, also did 100 bicep curls for a good measure as well with an 18lb bar (couldn't find a 20 lb one and it was late ) Broke them up into 4 sets of 25, definitely will be feeling them tomorrow!0
