Yesterday, I ate double the calories for my goal. I don't know why I did it. But, I kept telling myself--it is just one day. Get back on track today. Reading your story really helped me. If you can come back down after a couple of months, surely I can get back on track after one day.

Fabulous Job!!!!!!! That is such a nice feeling. I can't wait until I can get my favorite ring on with ease. I can actually get it on now but it is still tight and I MAY have to wash my hands to get it off :P
