    Aside from looking so much better (and we both know that's true), you are also now much healthier and I am so proud of you for that. You are physically fit and getting stronger every day. Your quality of life and your lifespan are going to improve because of this change you made. So the best part is that we get you to stay in our lives longer! Cheers!
