    Don't be so hard on yourself. It was only one day. Granted, it was a bad day, LOL, but it was just one day. Think of it this way. Your average for the month is that you're 77 calories/day over your goal. That's not that horrible. You're shooting for zero, and it's only halfway through the month. If you were under 2.43 calories/day for the rest of the month, you'd be there. You certainly can do it, Kim!

    Thanks girls...I'm going to try my hardest not to mess up again like that. I know when I actually start exercising everyday I will have a hard time eating all my calories and then maybe I'll even out a little. I just have been so lazy this week.

    I have to say even though I didn't eat the healthiest foods this past weekend...I did really well. I said no to alot of food. And Darron bought cakes and cookies and chips....I didn't deny myself completely but just took one bite of whatever he was eating. I was proud of myself.
