    this is sooooo motivating! i am just past my halfway thru a year mark and I started hitting a plateau. I am back on it hard core now. No more excuses. I have lost about 40 lbs and 70 lbs was my mark for the 1 year mark. You have definitely inspired me to keep on it! :)
