    Apples have a natural chemical in them called apogen which releases hunger-causing hormones into your bloodstream like little time bombs. To minimize apogen effects, eat the apple with deep dish pizza.

    Apples are a negative calorie food. You have to eat two. Then a piece of peach pie.

    Apples make me feel the same way, but grapes do too. It makes sense that it would be the sugar content, both are fairly high.
