Pretty good! Had a few slices for lunch, and I was pleased... Broke up the low carb monotony of salad with chicken for lunch!

Very interesting. I have a cauliflower at home needing to be used.

Yup - same thing happened here. I don't know what I expected, but - this was pretty close to pizza... So I'll take it!

BTW- I didn't pre cook the cauliflower at all - just raw right onto the pizza stone.

    MFP blog traffic rocks!
  • I loved it but need to work on the crust. The center part was gooey still (had to cut and eat with fork) while the outside was firm. It seen to fall apart a bit to. Any tips?

What would be the best way to replace the eggs?

Did you use raw or frozen cauliflower - and did you use a pizza stone?

I would think that you could use Ener-G Egg re-placer. The recipe only calls for one egg, so one serving of egg replacer ought to do the trick.
