Lindsy, I cannot wait to try it! I am low carb, but more importantly I am a Celiac. I normally just buy the fixings and make my own sauce as a dip. I have gluten free flours, but it is just a hassle for me and most gluten free foods are too high in carbs and calories. Thanks!
