I am down 34 pds. and make sure to check in everyday. I am always looking for more people to motivate as well as motivate me. The best idea i have come up with so far to help me say no to the high calorie things is by looking at how long it's going to take me to get the calories back from exercising and believe me it's not worth it sometimes.0
