I made these today! I actually used almond butter, and they are soooooooo good! I used splenda brown sugar and splenda mixed with sugar. I used the substitute measurements on the back, and they turned out great! Actually, they are "crispy" and kind of dry, but, if I would have taken them out a little sooner they would be perfect!0

I made these today, but added a couple of things and they were YUMMY!!!! I also added 1 tsp of vanilla, 1 tsp of flaxseed, & 5 tsps of 8 grain dry cereal. I only made them teaspoon size to use as snacks. I also only cooked them 6 - 7 minutes because I made them so small. I can't believe how good they are!0

These look great! Anybody try it with peanut butter powder? That could fix the oily problem..I'm off to experiment!0

I love the idea about dipping half of the cookie into choc. too !!0 -
They sound good, I try to go gluten-free as much as possible. Bet they would be good with almond or cashew butter, and you can probably subsistitue Splenda for at least half of the sugar to cut down the cals even more.0
