    Wonderful progress! I can see huge difference in your face and arms, but what struck me most is this:
    In your staring picture, your arms are at your side and they are angled outward, but in your current pic, with your arms at your side, they are pointing straight down! keep doing what your doing! Best wishes on your strength training!
